Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all sales of books through this website are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we want to make it right. Please contact us at kevin@kevinmarr.org. within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
